Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
Employers may cancel their subscription plan at any time. Cancellation does not impact job posts already created, but fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- No refund for partially used subscription period.
- No refund after job posts are used or candidate views are consumed.
- Refund applicable only for valid technical payment errors.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
